Payroll Services

Bradford Community Payroll and Accounts provides a comprehensive payroll service to the voluntary sector. If you employ people you may wish to consider using Bradford CPA to save you the bother of learning all about PAYE, tax and all those other pay-related items that come with employing staff.

We will work out your:

  • weekly or monthly pay
  • provide pay slips, Inland Revenue Payment details, Annual Returns, P14s, P60s
  • pay your employees directly by BACS
  • give advice on pay scales and troubleshoot and help

Charges

  • The current charge is £2.50 per weekly pay slip per person or £4.50 per monthly pay slips per person
  • There is a set-up fee per group of £15 and a year end charge of £2 for each employee
  • The BACS service costs £108 per employee per annum (£9 per month)
  • We offer electronic filing of year end returns to the Inland Revenue for £30 per group

Help with accounts

We no longer prepare year-end accounts for voluntary groups. Instead, accountancy services and financial training for voluntary organisations are provided by WYCAS (West Yorkshire Community Accounting Service).
