	Suggested salary scales for voluntary organisations 2007-2008, compiled using data provided by NAVCA, 2007. Agreement has now been reached on rates of pay applicable from 1 April 2007. The rates represent an increase of 2.475% on spinal column points 5 and above, and an additional increase in spinal column point 4 to take it to £6 an hour.
